Over the last 25 plus years my career has had a solid mix of working with leading edge retailers, marketing and communications, learning and development and cultural and business re-design with a focus on entrepreneurialism.
Clients have included a diverse community including universities, national FMCG brands, local government, Financial Advisory firms , Outback Tourism and Hospitality legends and individuals looking to design a new career at a cross roads.
People choose me when they want new ways to solve persistent business problems .Or they may be at a career cross roads and need a strategic and creative sounding board.
My approach combines strategy, learning and development ,resource and process design plus real world trial and experimentation of new ideas.
Learning is accompanied by actions that are both pragmatic and measurable while leading to new processes, systems, skill, products and experiences.
My community is looking for more than traditional leadership training and have the courage and vision to reflect and ask WHAT IF?
My drive and passion is taking on challenges and finding new opportunities. I don’t do easy projects and love to do the work that requires creativity, courage and a curious mind .
Experience has taught me that innovation does not come from strength but from the ability and courage to look at skill gaps and risks and have the talent to turn it into something valuable. This approach has seen me successfully work across multiple businesses in Australia and over 2000 people employed in a variety of roles since 2008.
I am not a Consultant and if people need a label it would be thinker, facilitator, designer and activist.
People and businesses work with me when they are facing not only transition but also times of growth and acquisition when they must be looking at re-designing how business operates and the talent of their people.
I am driven to continually design and deliver ways of learning better and faster without comprising quality and have made a commitment to my own learning.
This commitment saw me study on site at Stern Business School – New York University in 2019 where I had the benefit of bench marking my talent while gaining new inspiration and tactics. This experience has led to new products and models of service delivery.
