What is the first step?

If you know what type of service you need please use the buttons above to request a quote. If you’re unsure – please book a consultation at PodBooth and we can help you decide what’s best.

What session length do I need?

It depends on the style of podcast, and how many retakes are needed. Conversation/interview podcasts are freeflowing and a 30 minute session usually results in a 25 minute episode. A solocast, may require a longer session and result in a proportionally shorter episode, depending on the experience of the host.

Reels & Promos: What are they?
Reels and Promos are video formats used to promote podcasts on social media platforms. 
Reels are 9:16 (portrait) videos designed for maximum visibility on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Promos are 16:9 (landscape) videos that showcase conversational moments from the podcast, edited with music, branding, and a call-to-action. They’re ideal for LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and email.
Can PodBooth help me find a sponsor for my show?

Yes! PodBooth collaborates with Wavebreaker Productions to find and develop partnerships between sponsors and creators.

Can PodBooth help with social media and marketing?

PodBooth creates marketing assets such as reels and photography for you to use. If you need a social media strategy we have partnered with Wavebreaker Productions to offer full marketing support.

How many people can attend a session?

PodBooth’s multi angle filming allows for up to four podcasters at a time, regardless of whether you choose the desk or couch set.

There is plenty of room at PodBooth for any behind the scenes team members to attend your recording session.

What is the turn around time for editing?

The average turn around time for episode editing is within 72 business hours of your recording. During busy periods editing may take a little longer. Rush rates are available on request for time sensitive content.

How do I get my finished episodes?

Episodes, photography and other files can be accessed via PodBooth’s customer portal. Email sandra@podbooth.com.au to request portal access.

How do I book?

You can book sessions online using the PodBooth Scheduler. Or email rory@podbooth.com.au and we can book sessions in for you (subject to availability).

COVID19 Policy

We ask that anyone who is unwell, or experiencing symptoms to refrain from entering PodBooth. We understand that illnesses can result in disruptions and we do not charge cancellation/reshedule fees. The studio is regularly disinfected and we clean microphone pop filters with steam sterilisation at >100 degrees. Hand sanitiser is available at the entry.
